Systems Integration

After the PCB assemblies are fully assembled, these are integrated into their enclosures. Additional devices are added like the power supplies, other PCBA, cables and wiring harness, front panels, switched, connectors and associated hardware. Then final inspection checks every element on their checklist for this product. Before it is accepted and made ready for shipping. These product is not electrically tested at Vital Systems.

At the customer's test bench, 99 units out of every 100 will pass electrical testing. The 1% that fail may have failed or dead components.

Rail Safety Device

Vital Systems designed this Safety Device to meet customer specifications. Some additional features were designed in, that made this product more adaptable to different country requirements without hardware change. Our customer appreciated the features that helps them sell this product into Europe in addition to the USA rail systems.

Head Concussion Monitoring

This safety device was developed by our customer and produced at Vital Systems. All the PCBA were assembled at Vital then integrated into the enclosure. Tested and shipped to the customer.

NASA & Military Products

Since 1986, Vital Systems has engineered and produced electronics for higher reliability applications such as NASA’s International Space Station. US Navy’s Ship Self-Defense System. US Air Force’s communication antenna, and for several other DoD contractors, including Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon, and others. This large chassis was engineered at Vital Systems for manufacturability. It was then produced for the Navy’s Ship Self-Defense System for two decade, fulfilling the requirements.
